1. The interface
PixelPoly provides a web interface for block-based prediction markets. The interface is provided as-is. During the beta, picks are signed messages recorded off-chain; on-chain settlement and payouts begin when the PixelPoly contracts are deployed.
2. Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that using prediction markets is lawful where you live and that you meet any age or jurisdiction requirements.
3. Picks
A pick is final for its market window once the signature is verified. One pick per wallet per window. The declared amount is a commitment size, not a transfer; no funds move during the beta.
4. No advice
Nothing on PixelPoly is financial, investment, or legal advice. Market indicators such as time-in-block describe price history, not expected outcomes.
5. Risk
Participation can involve loss. Read the Risk Disclosure before entering any market.
6. Changes
These terms may change as the protocol develops. The current version is always published at this address.
